Jessica L. Harper, attended Marshall University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in English in 2012. She then attended Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio where she graduated Cum Laude with a Juris Doctor in May 2016.

While attending law school Jessica worked at the Family and Youth Advocacy Center Clinic as a certified legal intern assisting with adoptions and cases involving foster youth. She was admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio on November 7, 2016.

She returned home to West Virginia after graduating law school and began working at Bailey & Slotnick, PLLC performing title examinations and foreclosure auctions. Jessica was admitted to practice law in the State of West Virginia on October 10, 2018. She lives with her husband and their daughter.
